INO Glossary: Charter to Initiate
The Charter to Initiate is a certification issued by MAGIKOS to those INO Naths and Devis who have been recommended by their Initiator as having succeeded in achieving a deep understanding and verified attainment in their spiritual development. This certification qualifies them to extend the INO Nath Kula Kaula mind/spirit transmission to others in a valid manner.
This certification is granted only to an INO Nath or Devi who has successfully passed through several stages of development under direct observation and has successfully undertaken and passed a specific test.
The result of this test is then adjudicated by a minimum of two MAGIKOS members to verify success or failure. In the case of success, the Nath or Devi is permitted to append the title “Sri” to their INO initiation name. In INO usage, the title Sri denotes an auspicious individual who has been vetted and is capable of conveying a spiritual transmission of great value.
